This year, about 250,000 crashes involving injuries will take place throughout our state, with rear-end collisions among the most common kinds of auto accidents that we see. In fact, most people, at some point or another, will be involved in some type of rear-end crash. While many think of these crashes as being minor in nature, the reality is that they can be quite serious. A rear-end collision that takes place at a high speed can cause a whiplash-style injury to your head and neck. Additionally, you may strike your head on your car's steering wheel or dashboard, which can cause serious acute brain injuries, such as a concussion.
The effects of a rear-end collision may linger for months, or years, after the actual accident is over. If you were not at fault in the crash, you may be entitled to compensation from the responsible party. At Rubenstein Law, our Florida car accident attorneys are here for you when you need us.
