Multi-vehicle collisions can be a difficult thing to go through. You could be facing serious injuries due to the accident but not know how to bring a case against a party that you believe acted negligently. How do you work to build your case with evidence? We can help.
Two men were left in serious condition after an accident that happened yesterday in Bay County. The accident happened when 58-year-old James Pettis was driving his semi-truck on County Road 389 and approaching another street while 57-year-old James Carter was approaching from the other direction in his pickup truck.
A Ford Explorer was attempting to turn left onto the same street, driven by 67-year-old Cathy Anderson. Pettis did not notice Anderson’s vehicle and took an evasive left turn to avoid her car. This caused him to drive directly into the path of Carter’s vehicle. The two collided head-on.
Pettis was charged with failure to maintain lane. He and Carter both had serious injuries and were taken to the hospital.
Have you been injured due to another party’s negligence? No matter the case, we want to stand by your side to help you achieve results during this difficult time. We understand how difficult it is to prove that another party has acted negligently on the roadways, especially when it involves other vehicles.
