In Jacksonville, one couple is looking out for a hit-and-run driver who hit Jeannie Ambrose. Jeannie and her husband. Mark Ambrose, have posted an ad in the Times Union looking for help as they search for a hit-and-run driver who caused chaos in their life. Last August, Jeannie was injured when she was riding her bike in the Marsh Landing Parkway and a truck pulled up out of nowhere, hitting her. She remembers the truck aiming for her when he came flying out of nowhere. He smashed her bike and she flipped over.
In the report, it was stated that a black Dodge truck hit her.
As a result, Ambrose was severely injured: She sustained a leg fracture that caused her to spend 25 days in the hospital, multiple surgeries, and more. She still suffers from her injuries today.
Many of the couple’s dreams are on hold ever since Jeannie’s accident, which is why they’re looking for help in regards to her injuries and the person who hit her. Anyone with information is supposed to call 904-270-1667.
