Jeffrey Martin Delong Killed in Motorcycle Accident, Passenger Injured

28-year-old Jeffrey Martin Delong was killed in a motorcycle accident that happened yesterday on US Highway 441. He was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident, while his passenger, 25-year-old Alaina Danielle Johnson, was seriously injured.

At the time of the accident, they were riding Delong’s Suzuki south on US Highway 44. At the intersection of CR 234, a Lincoln driven by 50-year-old Freddie Lee Slater pulled out in front of them and Delong collided with the driver's side door. Johnson was wearing a helmet at the time, while Delong was not.
