A homeowner named Mayra Hill caught a Kissimmee hit-and-run on her surveillance outside of her home that happened this past week. Florida Highway Patrol investigated the incident immediately after it happened. The video showed the accident around 10:15 p.m., where an SUV turned right and struck a man on a bicycle.
The man was confirmed as a veteran and was left for dead by the driver. A passerby also stopped at the scene, but the driver was already long gone.
Hill’s cameras caught another accident that happened in 2017 when a hit-and-run driver struck a man on his motorcycle and left him for dead. The victim in this current case was taken to the hospital with critical injuries.
When you have been involved in a hit-and-run crash by a party who was not looking out for your well-being, you might have questions. These accidents are very serious in nature and involve a party who negligently fled the scene instead of offering help to somebody who was hit. We want to help you track down the party who has caused you grief during this difficult time. Call us for more information on how your case works at Rubenstein Law.
Rubenstein Law is dedicated to serving individuals & families injured by the negligence of others. We know first-hand the carnage that can be left behind for our clients and the public at large after an accident. In our news blog, we write about cases of personal injury relevant to our line of work, and we report on news of judgments and appellate cases that affect the rights of personal injury claimants.
