We are saddened to hear of this crash in Lakeland. Car accidents are reported about every 92 seconds in Florida. Sadly, many victims of Florida car crashes are innocent and had nothing to do with the cause of the crash itself. This applies both to other motorists as well as passengers who are victimized by a driver's negligence. In this case, it appears as though both drivers could be held legally responsible for the collision.
