Deadly accidents are reported daily on Florida's roadways. When the actions of a negligent driver result in the death of another individual, Florida's wrongful death laws can come into play. Under the wrongful death statute, the surviving family members of the deceased victim may be able to bring a claim for recovery against the negligent driver. Wrongful death claims are extremely complex and should only be handled by a Florida wrongful death attorney with skills and experience in this difficult area.
