Fatal accidents can occur for a variety of reasons. While deadly crashes often occur due to the negligence of at least one motorist, they can also happen due to equipment defects such as tire blowouts. When a tire blowout happens, there must be a thorough investigation into the cause of the blowout in order to determine which party should be held responsible. In some cases, it may be possible to pursue a wrongful death or personal injury action following an investigation into the accident.
