A Florida pedestrian crash is almost always a very severe event. Current statistics indicate that about 75% of all Florida pedestrian crashes require the victim to be hospitalized. Many of these victims will require long-term or major medical care once they are hospitalized as pedestrian crashes tend to result in serious injuries and even death. Each pedestrian crash must be carefully investigated in order to determine the cause of the accident and which party should be held responsible for the collision.
Our most sincere thoughts and condolences are with the family of the victim at this time.
