Miami, FL - Pedestrian Dies in Crash with Tanker Truck

Miami, FL (September 15, 2019) - A pedestrian in Miami was killed in a crash with a tanker truck. The incident happened on Saturday, September 14th around 2:30 a.m. 

The City of Miami Police along with Fire Rescue crews were called to the scene at Northwest 27th Avenue and 7th Street. Police identified the victim as a 30-year-old man but did not release his identity. There is no word on exactly how the crash took place or whether the pedestrian was in a crosswalk when he was struck. The truck driver has not been identified.

No additional information has been released and an investigation is ongoing.
