A reportable crash occurs approximately every 92 seconds in Florida. In this truck accident, we do not know why the pickup truck driver left the roadway and struck the disabled vehicles on the shoulder. When a driver leaves their lane of travel and strikes another vehicle, the driver is, in most cases, going to be held responsible for any injuries caused by the crash. Leaving a lane of trouble is generally considered negligent behavior in the eyes of the law.
