Monroe County, FL (July 23, 2019) - A crash between two vehicles in the Florida Keys left two people injured on Tuesday, July 23rd. The crash happened on US-1 around 11:40 a.m.
Details surrounding the crash were not immediately available. However, according to reports from the Florida Highway Patrol, both vehicles had front end damage from the collision. Injured in the crash were 72-year-old Arnoldo Orozco and 69-year-old Linda Brown. Both Orozco and Brown were airlifted to Jackson South Medical Center in Kendall. There is no further word on the extent of the injuries sustained.
Alcohol did not play a role in the crash and charges are pending further investigation.
