North Port, FL (November 13, 2018) - Police responded to a double-fatal head-on crash in North Port on Monday, November 12th. The crash happened on River Road near East River Road.
At least two cars were involved in the crash. There is no word on the identity of the victims. Officers have not said how the crash took place. The crash caused the road to be closed near US 41 for several hours.
An investigation into the accident remains ongoing. There is no additional information at this time.
