Highway crashes are common due to congestion, high speeds and the presence of large commercial vehicles such as semi trucks. Each highway crash must be closely analyzed by police to determine which driver was at fault. Any innocent drivers or passengers who are hurt due to the negligence of another may have a personal injury claim against the responsible driver.
