Hit-and-run collisions, unfortunately, are often very tragic in nature. Drivers who flee the scene of a crash tend to do so when they have caused a catastrophic collision. A hit-and-run accident must be carefully investigated by detectives. When the driver is apprehended, they can face civil liability, including a wrongful death claim if their negligent driving directly led to the loss of life.
Our condolences go out to the family of Deandre Bradley.
