A car accident can take place at any time. In Florida, a reportable accident happens every 92 seconds. Most crashes are avoidable but for the negligence of at least one other driver. While all motorists should take precautions to avoid being involved in a crash, sometimes an accident victim will simply find themselves in the wrong place at the wrong time.
