Orange County, FL (September 11, 2019) - A woman suffered serious injuries in a crash involving a tractor-trailer in Orange County on Wednesday, September 11th. The crash occurred on Old Winter Garden Road near Kirkman Road around 6:35 a.m.
The Orange County Fire Rescue, along with the Florida Highway Patrol, responded to the site. According to authorities, 63-year-old Marielle Rene was driving a Toyota RAV4. While Rene was making a U-turn a collision occurred with a Mercedes. Following the impact, Rene's vehicle continued traveling before sliding underneath a tractor-trailer. Rescue workers took Rene to Orlando Regional Medical Center for treatment of serious injuries. No one else was hurt in the accident.

A rollover crash in Titusville left two people with injuries on Thursday, February 21st. The crash took place on US-1, near Golden Knights Boulevard. The Titusville Police Department along with the Florida Highway Patrol responded to the scene in reference to the crash. Initial reports said that a vehicle and a bicycle were involved in the accident but authorities were unable to confirm whether a bicycle was in fact involved. Two occupants of the vehicle that overturned sustained injuries. A passenger in the vehicle was seriously hurt and had to be taken to Holmes Regional Medical Center for treatment.
