Each year in Florida, about 250,000 injury accidents will take place. When you have been hurt in a crash, it is important to protect your legal rights. You will likely receive calls from the insurance company in the aftermath of the crash. Many companies will request that you settle your claims quickly and cheaply, often for far less than what the case is worth. You should never accept any settlement offer without first speaking to an experienced attorney.
