This year in Florida, there will be approximately 10,000 motorcycle collisions reported on streets and highways throughout our state. Unfortunately, a large majority of these incidents will result in poor outcomes for the motorcyclist. With nearly 500 deaths and 8,000 reported injuries, the odds are very unfavorable for a motorcycle rider who is involved in a crash. When an innocent motorcyclist is injured due to the negligence of another motorist, the motorcyclist and their family may be able to seek relief under Florida's personal injury laws.
