An Orlando driver died in a crash that took place on I-4 when somebody was driving in the wrong direction. The accident happened early this morning and investigators determined that it was caused by somebody driving the wrong way.
The accident took place on I-4 eastbound, which shut down the roadway between Kaley and Gore before South Street. Two cars were involved in the accident, which led to a head-on.
One driver died at the scene of the accident. The other driver was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries and passed away while there. Investigators stayed at the scene for some time.
