Fatal accidents are a daily occurrence on Florida's roadways. Sadly, our state is one of the most dangerous in the country when it comes to traffic fatalities. Approximately eight fatal crashes are reported every day and more than 3,000 people lose their lives on average each year. Deadly collisions can take place at any time and when they are least expected. Police will continue to look into this incident in order to determine whether charges should be filed.
