Ormond Beach, FL - 4-Year-Old Girl Killed in Crash on North Beach Street

Ormond Beach, FL (May 20, 2020) - A 4-year-old girl was killed after an accident in Ormond Beach on Tuesday, May 19th. The incident took place along North Beach Street near the entrance to Tomoka State Park.
According to a report, the girl was a passenger in a van that left the roadway and struck a tree. There is no word on what caused the crash. The girl has not been identified at this time. There were two adults and another child in the vehicle when the crash took place. All other occupants were taken to local hospitals for treatment but their conditions are not known at this time.
An investigation remains ongoing and no further information has been released.
We are saddened to hear of this tragic accident in Ormond Beach. The loss of a loved one to a Florida car accident is a tremendous tragedy. Losing a young child in a crash is even more devastating and is one of the most difficult things that any family member will ever have to experience.
