A reportable motor vehicle crash takes place in Florida about every 92 seconds, with a disproportionate number of these accidents in our state involving motorcycles. The likelihood of being involved in a serious crash on a motorcycle is unfortunately very high. Motorcycles do not offer the same protection as traditional vehicles and an accident can cause catastrophic consequences. This crash will be further investigated by police to determine how it occurred and who might be at fault.
