Nothing can ever prepare a family to deal with the heartache that comes from losing a loved one suddenly and tragically in a traffic accident. When a fatal crash claims the life of an innocent victim, the law may provide a remedy in the form of a wrongful death claim.
Wrongful death claims are available to surviving family members of those killed by another person's negligence. Each fatal traffic crash must be closely examined to determine how it occurred and which driver was negligent in causing the crash.
