Palm Beach County, FL (December 27, 2018) - Two men killed in a rollover crash in Palm Beach have been identified. The crash took place Christmas Day on Interstate 95.
Police say that Luis Pablo Ramos and Domingo Pablo Bautista, both 23, were passengers in a 1996 Ford Explorer, traveling northbound on Gateway Boulevard. The driver of the vehicle, Jeronimo Higinio, lost control of the vehicle for unknown reasons, causing it to flip multiple times before coming to rest. Both Ramos and Bautista died in the crash.
The Florida Highway Patrol continues to investigate, but it is believed that alcohol played a role. There are charges pending against Higinio at this time.

One person sustained serious injuries in a crash between a car and a garbage truck in Lauderhill on Thursday, September 18th. The crash took place at the intersection of West Commercial Boulevard and Northwest 64th Avenue. According to reports, the driver of the car was traveling straight when the vehicle collided with the garbage truck while it was attempting to make a left-hand turn. The car driver became trapped and had to be extricated from the vehicle by rescue workers. The driver was then rushed to Broward Health Medical Center in serious condition. The driver of the truck was not hurt. All lanes of Commercial Boulevard were closed while an investigation into the crash was ongoing. Read more
