A motorcycle accident in Florida has the potential to be a very catastrophic event. Nearly 15% of all traffic fatalities reported in our state are caused by motorcycle accidents. Even in cases that do not result in death, about 80% of motorcyclists who are involved in a crash will suffer injuries as a result of the collision. Drivers are often to blame for these crashes as they fail to pay attention or otherwise drive carefully while in the presence of motorcycles.
Our condolences go out to the family of the motorcyclist killed in this crash in Pasco County.
