We wish to send our condolences to the family of Regina Breslin in this tragic Pasco County crash. Each day, around two fatal pedestrian crashes take place in Florida. Sadly, many pedestrian crashes end in death or serious injuries to the pedestrian. Some common injuries that we see in pedestrian accidents are broken bones, head and neck injuries, and spinal cord injuries. The cost of medical treatment for a serious pedestrian accident can quickly exhaust the financial resources of many people.
At Rubenstein Law, our Florida pedestrian accident lawyers know what you are going through. We know that you may be struggling to keep up following the crash or that you are mourning the sudden loss of your loved one. During this time, you should not be speaking with anyone from an insurance company. They are only looking to settle your case quickly and cheaply. Most offers from the insurance company are not in your best interest and you should always speak with an experienced Florida personal injury lawyer before signing anything.
