There is nothing more devastating than the loss of a loved one to a traffic accident. Each day, about two fatal pedestrian crashes will take place across Florida. Pedestrians are highly likely to be seriously injured or lose their lives when they have been involved in a crash with another vehicle. These crashes, unfortunately, feature catastrophic outcomes in many cases and require a thorough investigation into the crash in order to determine who was at fault for the incident.
