Florida is a dangerous place for pedestrians. Statistics indicate that our state is at the very top of the rankings when it comes to fatal pedestrian-related crashes. Each year, over 500 Floridians are killed in pedestrian accidents.
In a pedestrian crash, investigators must first determine how the crash occurred. In this case, it appears as though this tragedy was avoidable and that John Bedingfield will be held responsible for his role in the crash.
