Florida is one of the most dangerous places in the nation for pedestrians with approximately two fatal pedestrian crashes reported each day. Many people, unfortunately, end up seriously hurt or killed in pedestrian accidents across our state each year. A pedestrian accident can occur due to some sort of negligence on the part of the driver such as failing to properly observe the roadway and failing to yield to the pedestrian. Florida's personal injury laws allow for recovery when a pedestrian has been hurt due to the actions of a negligent driver.
Rubenstein Law is dedicated to serving individuals & families injured by the negligence of others. We know first-hand the heartbreak that can be left behind after an accident. In our news blog, we write about cases of personal injury relevant to our line of work, and we report on news of judgments and appellate cases that affect the rights of personal injury claimants. We feel a responsibility to raise awareness of the injury and tragic loss of life occurring across our state every day.
