Bicycling is an activity enjoyed by many Floridians and it is also a good way to get exercise. However, riding a bicycle is not without risks. Each year, approximately 100 people are killed in Florida bicycle accidents across the state. Motorists may fail to see the bicyclist or can otherwise cause an accident due to some type of negligence. These crashes can be devastating and can result in catastrophic outcomes.
