Fatal crashes are reported daily in Florida. Statistics indicate that a fatal accident happens about once every three hours in our state. Driver negligence is a frequent cause in these types of crashes. A head-on collision often causes a significant amount of damage and destruction, including potentially fatal injuries tot he accident victims. While this crash remains under investigation, it is likely that the truck driver will be held responsible for driving left of center and causing a tragic crash.
