Multi-Vehicle Accident
A six-vehicle Sunrise crash took place this afternoon after a woman committed fraud at a bank. The Wells Fargo Bank reported the incident after the woman tried to flee the scene.
The woman then drove off and caused the crash at Oakland Park Boulevard. Officers attempted to stop her. One person was taken to the hospital on trauma alert due to their injuries. The woman was since taken into custody.
