Broward County, FL - 14-Year-Old Boy Seriously Hurt in Rollover on I-95
A rollover crash sent a 14-year-old boy to the hospital on Sunday, January 19th. The crash happened in the northbound lanes of I-95 near the exit for Hillsboro Boulevard. Police say that that boy was a passenger in a vehicle that was involved in a crash. The vehicle rolled over following impact and ejected the teen. Rescue workers arrived and transported the victim to Broward Health Medical Center with serious injuries to his back. The injuries were described as non-life-threatening. An adult male and female from the same vehicle were also taken to the hospital with injuries that were less serious in nature. There is no word on what caused the accident to take place and none of the victims have been identified at this time. The crash caused the northbound lanes to close for several hours. Read more
