Florida experiences approximately 400,000 traffic crashes annually throughout the state. Of this large number, about 250,000 of the crashes will result in injury to at least one of the crash victims. In many cases, the injuries are caused to innocent drivers and passengers who were simply in the wrong place when the crash happened. Negligent drivers can wreak havoc on the roadways as their actions can cause serious and painful injuries.
