Last afternoon, a Tallahassee two-vehicle accident sent two men to the hospital. Authorities arrived at the accident and identified the men as 34-year-old Dante Allen and 31-year-old Justin Drake. Allen was driving a Ford Truck at the time and Drake was in a Prius.
The crash occurred near 1835 Wahnish Way in front of the Lawson Gym. Police were called to investigate around 4:15 p.m.
It was found that Drake is now suffering life-threatening injuries and Allen suffered serious injuries. There were no passengers in either vehicle.
Neither driver has received charges, as the investigation is still ongoing into how the accident took place. Both vehicles ended up facing southbound after they collided, pointing police in the right direction. Debris was littered all over the roadway.
The police are now looking for anybody who might have witnessed the accident as they move forward and the two parties recover in the hospital.
