Unfortunately, Florida ranks near the top of national statistics when it comes to fatal crashes. Each year in our state, traffic accidents will claim the lives of about 3,000 victims. These crashes can be caused for a variety of reasons, but usually related to some sort of negligent driving, including driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Family members are often unprepared for the sudden tragedy and heartbreak that accompanies a fatal Florida car accident.
Our condolences go out to the victim's family.
