A Florida hit-and-run accident is often a very devastating event for victims and their families. In Florida, it is a criminal offense to leave the scene of an accident. Unfortunately, a hit-and-run crash is often caused by a reckless driver who is attempting to avoid responsibility for their actions.
Our condolences go out to the victim's family after this fatal accident in Tampa.
