Tampa, FL - Scooter Driver Killed in Hit-and-Run on Robin Roost Lane

Tampa, FL (June 16, 2021) - The Florida Highway Patrol responded to the scene of a fatal hit-and-run crash on Tampa on Tuesday. The accident happened around 5:45 p.m. in the 27000 block of Robin Roost Lane.

Troopers say that a 64-year-old woman was riding a mobility scooter when she went to check a mailbox on the side of the road. The woman was hit by a 2019 Nissan Sentra. She later died at the crash scene. The woman was not immediately identified. Police later located and arrested 24-year-old old Nicole Marie Genarrini Creswell, the driver involved.
