Bicycle crashes in Florida are often serious and even fatal events. Approximately 100 bicyclists lose their lives in crashes across our state each year. Many more will be seriously hurt and face a long road to recovery after the crash. Bicyclists are often involved in crashes due to negligent acts of other motorists and through no fault of their own.
Our condolences go out to the family of Hal Flowers.
