A reportable accident happens in Florida about every 92 seconds. In nearly every crash, at least one driver is at fault or negligent for causing the collision. Failing to yield at stop signs and stop lights is a frequent cause of many serious crashes throughout our state. A failure to yield often causes a high-speed collision that can lead to catastrophic results for all involved. In this case, we hope that those who suffered injuries will make a full and complete recovery.
When you have been the victim of negligence, you should not have to be responsible for the cost of your treatment and recovery.
