According to NHTSA, a reportable crash takes place in Florida every 92 seconds. At any given time, anyone on the roadway may find themselves involved in an accident. While no one ever gets into a vehicle expecting a crash to occur, the odds are that most people will experience at least one accident in their lifetime. Unfortunately, many innocent victims will be hurt as a result of some type of driver negligence.
