Florida is one of the most dangerous and deadly states in the nation for motorists. With over 3,000 deaths annually, drivers must ensure that they are driving in a safe and reasonable manner at all times. Unfortunately, not all fatal crashes can be prevented and innocent victims often are killed or injured due to the negligence of another motorist. The family of a loved one who was killed in a crash may have the right to bring a claim for wrongful death under Florida law.
Our thoughts and condolences go out to the family of Melody Roberts during this difficult time.
