About 400,000 car accidents take place every year in Florida. The large majority of accidents occur due to the clear negligence of one driver. In this accident, it certainly appears as though the driver of the Ford negligently failed to stop at a red light. Failing to stop or yield is a common cause of serious and fatal accidents that take place daily on Florida's roadways.
