About two fatal pedestrian crashes are reported in Florida each day. Sadly, most pedestrian accidents result in injuries requiring hospitalization. Pedestrians can have their lives completely altered in a matter of seconds following a crash. In this accident, it remains too early to tell whether the driver will be determined at fault for the pedestrian's injuries. Our thoughts are with the family of Robert Jacobs during this difficult time.
